Sequence
Each player takes a turn with a sequence of phases. Each activity can only be done once unless otherwise noted.

Dawn

Day
Each effect happens in the following order:

Resolve a Vote by counting the total INT of Beasts in your city versus an opponent's.

Draw 3.
-
Move 1 Beast from one location in your city to another.
-
Effects of Structures, Beasts, Items, Resources, and Actions.
-
Return all fatigued Beasts to locations in your city.
Each of the following can be done once in any order:

RECRUIT a Beast from your hand and attach it to your Den or another Structure in your city with a free space.

BUILD a structure from your hand an attach it to your Den or another Structure.
-
BARTER to acquire a Beast from the Market and place it in your Den discard (deck-building format) or directly to your hand (constructed format).
-
FORGE an Item from your hand and attach it to a Beast you control.
-
Move an Item from one Beast to another. May only be done once per turn.

Dusk
Each of the following can be done in any order:

ATTACK an opponent's city by gathering Beasts from your city into an Army. This begins a Battle sequence.

VOTE by using a special card or ability. The resulting effects of any VOTE from a card or ability is cumulative. If no VOTES from ACTIONS or Abilities are taken, a player may do an Open Vote (Win Draw 1, Lose Discard 1).

Night
